About the Farm
Background
Since 2022, the farm has been raising rabbits as an alternative meat source and for local 4-H members to show. The farm moved to a new location in June 2023, where they are gradually adding gardens.
Practices
The farm raises a variety of rabbit breeds, including Mini Rexes, Dwarf Hotots, and New Zealands. Chickens are free-range, with Easter Eggers starting to lay eggs. The farm also grows fresh herbs and produce, experimenting with garden placement to optimize growth.
The Rest
The farm offers a steady supply of fertilized eggs from their two roosters and seven hens. Availability of rabbits and other products can be checked through their Facebook group.
