About the Farm

Background

Located near DeSoto, MO, this 120-acre homestead began its journey in 2011 with no prior farming experience, driven by a dream of a better life. The founders, Dave and Autumn, combined their unique backgrounds in construction and arts administration to build the farm from the ground up. Over the years, with the help of friends and mentors, they have transformed it into the only 'custom/boutique farm' in the St. Louis area, known for its unique heirloom produce and heritage animals.

Practices

The farm emphasizes natural and responsible farming practices, raising Nubian and Alpine goats on pasture without the use of commercial feed or antibiotics. The founders have designed and built all the systems on the farm themselves, ensuring a DIY approach to sustainable farming.

The Rest

Visitors can pick up products on the farm during weekends or arrange delivery to St. Louis. The farm offers a variety of experiences, from picking fresh heirloom tomatoes to enjoying goat milk, and even participating in activities like painting graffiti murals, riding 4-wheelers, and BBQing. Products are also available at Tower Grove Farmer's Markets, through a CSA, and at various farm events. Follow them on social media for updates on events, markets, and adorable animal pictures.
