About the Farm
Background
Located in Kent, CT, this farm is a new start-up known for producing high-quality pastured poultry. Eggs are available year-round, while meat is offered seasonally during the summer and fall. The farm is also in the process of developing infrastructure for additional ventures, including a winter vegetable CSA, a hop yard for an on-farm brewery, and an apple orchard for an off-farm distillery.
Practices
Chickens are raised on pasture, fed certified organic non-GMO feed, and given attentive care. This approach ensures that the poultry is not only healthy but also contributes positively to the land's ecosystem.
