About the Farm
Background
Situated on a 300-acre plot within a larger 1000-acre family property, the farm has a long-standing tradition of focusing on the soil to enhance flavor. The farm's 120-year-old barn has been renovated to host various events, creating a unique farm-to-table dining experience.
Practices
The farm dedicates about 15 acres to fruits, vegetables, and wine grapes, emphasizing organic farming methods. Grapes are grown densely on steep slopes, and minimal intervention is practiced in the cellar to produce fresh, alive, and terroir-driven wines. The overarching philosophy centers on soil health, as better soil leads to better flavor.
The Rest
The farm hosts private events and dinners in its historic barn, offering menus based on seasonal produce and local meats. All photos on the website are credited to photographer Greg Rannells.
