Founded in 2006, Farm Share is owned and run by the Brussel family in Westchester, New York. The business collaborates with small family farms, emphasizing mutual respect, support, and trust. In its first year, Farm Share donated many bushels of fresh organic vegetables to local food pantries in Westchester County.

Farm Share channels most of its revenue directly to small local organic family farms. Their delivery model, proven to be ecologically advantageous in an independent study, supports the preservation of the environment and promotes good clean living.
