About the Farm
Background
Founded by Rob Epple, this urban vertical farm recently opened in Cape Coral, Florida. It has quickly become known for providing fresh, live microgreens to chefs in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Naples, Marco Island, and the surrounding Southwest Florida region.
Practices
Microgreens are grown in 100% water from NON-GMO seeds, using food-safe containers. The farm employs hydroponic methods, ensuring that no chemicals or pesticides are used in the growing process.
The Rest
The farm also offers classes on vertical and hydroponic urban farming, including sprouting and microgreens growing, along with basic kits to help beginners get started. Custom greens orders require an average growing time of 15-20 days.
