About the Farm
Background
Gallagher's Farm Market was opened in 1972 by Jack and Bernie Gallagher. For the past 40 years, the market has been run by their daughter, Maria Lammers, with her husband Sid and their family. The market opens in mid-June each year as local asparagus and strawberries become available, and remains open through October.
Practices
Produce is sourced in season from their own garden and dozens of local farms, ensuring freshness and supporting the local agricultural community.
The Rest
The farm market also features a corn maze and a petting zoo with pigs, chickens, and sheep for children to enjoy. Customers frequently praise the market for its cherry treats and family-friendly atmosphere.
