About the Farm
Background
Established in 2015 by Katelyn and Brendan Foley, the farm was born out of a desire to escape city life and return to their rural roots. The couple moved back to Millbrook, New York, revamping a milk parlor and creamery, and began their journey with their first goat, Velvet. By July 2016, they officially opened their doors as a New York State licensed raw milk dairy and creamery.
Practices
The farm focuses on providing a happy and luxurious home for their herd of Alpine and Nubian goats, emphasizing humane treatment and a sustainable lifestyle. Brendan is often found in the creamery, applying his love of science to cheese making, while Katelyn dedicates herself to milking and caring for the goats.
