A retired pharmaceutical marketer transitioned from 'Pharma to Farming' and established the farm on a 190-year-old property in Branchburg, NJ. Inspired by a love for garlic developed while living in the San Francisco Bay area, the farm began focusing on garlic due to its health benefits and market potential. The farm has since expanded to offer a variety of garlic products and other specialty items.
Practices
The farm employs organic methods, avoiding pesticides and using only natural fertilizers. They prioritize sourcing from their own farm, followed by New Jersey, the US, and trusted growers. The goal is to provide fresh, healthy products without chemicals or preservatives, emphasizing a farm-to-table approach.

Local delivery is free within a 25-mile radius of Flemington with a minimum order of $25.
